Hales care worker Gwen and Branch Manager Rachael

Hales Care Assistant Gwen has been awarded the Hales Heroes award in September.

Gwen has been with Hales for 4 years and is a valued member of the Hull team.

Registered Branch Manager Rachael commented: “Gwen is a very hard working and committed member of staff who delivers the most exceptional quality of care, and is very well thought of by our clients.”

When asked what she will spend her £1,000 prize money on, Gwen said: “I will use it as spending money for my upcoming holiday and treat myself.”

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our Care Workers and let you know how much we value the important work you do to keep our vulnerable clients safe and well all year round.

Could you be the next winner of £1,000 for the next draw?

Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is one of our superb employee incentives giving all Hales Care Workers the chance to win £1,000 each and every month.

Every Care Worker will be entered into the monthly draw subject to meeting the criteria. All Care Workers that meet the criteria will be awarded the Hales Heroes Award of Excellence badge in recognition of your outstanding performance.
